Ashwagandha
It is a shrub which is
originally grown in India and the name of this herb actually means ‘strength’.

Brahmi

Cumin

coriander.
Manjistha
This is a herb which
is mainly grown in mountains. This one is said to purify the blood. It has a

this. This herb also helps in clearing the acne, rashes and other skin issues.
It also helps to cool down people who are impatient. One can intake them as a
powder or a tonic.
Turmeric
This is another spice

anti-inflammatory properties. The main component of this herb is curcumin and
it has some anti depressive agents too. One can add them to their cooking or
can also make a spicy lemonade with a dash of lemon and turmeric. One can also
add turmeric powder to hot milk and have it.
