One must keep eating nuts, beans, fish, white meat and fresh fruits on a regular basis.

· One should keep a check on their body weight because there must be no abdominal fat as it can keep the liver on heavy risk. Regular exercises and healthy food habit can keep that in a check.

· It is also absolutely necessary to get all the proper vaccinations against big liver diseases like Hepatitis A and B which are viral liver infections. Hepatitis A can happen to one because if contaminated water and food like shell fish or sea food and Hepatitis B happens because of contaminated blood and sexual contact.
